Cheryl created a series of self published music books, “The Music Circle Key Signature series” and The Rainbow Book which is designed for young students, ages four to six. It introduces reading one staff at a time with big jumbo notes. Each song is on brightly colored paper with a matching worksheet on the next page. Seven treble clef songs are followed by six bass clef songs. The back book cover includes game ideas for teaching basic theory to very young students.
Bouquets of Beauty presents seven soft, lyrical selections for the early intermediate pianist. Sweet scents of melody create a feeling of peace and beauty of spirit. Titles include, Sweet Scents, Bouquets of beauty, Love Blossoms, Bloom of Winter, Fragrant Garden, Blushing Rose, and Love's First Bloom.
Happy Heart Music presents seven snappy and fun pieces for the late elementary and early intermediate level pianist. Light hearted fun for all ages. Titles include, Whistle Town, Happy Heart, A New Day, Fox Hunt, Leapin' Lillypads, Comanche Chant, and Matador Magic.

The Music Circle Key Signature Series is unique because each song is presented in three keys, helping students learn to play in different keys with greater ease..
Book 1a , for the late elementary and early intermediate level pianist presents six selections, each in the key of C, F, and G major.
Book 1b, for the early intermediate level pianist presents the keys of G, D, A, F, B flat, and E flat major.
Book 1c, for the intermediate level pianist introduces the keys of F, B flat, E flat, A flat and D flat major.
